Where are we right — and where are we wrong?
I've spent much of my career building and investing in businesses, and today I'm building Cashare around a simple idea: better information helps people make better decisions.
Through an ownership role in a commercial cleaning company that has generated more than $14 million in revenue, I've also had a front-row seat to the relationship between facility managers and their service providers.
One thing I've learned is that good service matters, but so does confidence that what you're paying makes sense. Transparency and accountability help create that confidence.
So we took more than 15 years of operating and pricing experience and asked a simple question: Could we give a facility manager a useful cleaning-cost reference point in about 60 seconds—without making them become a sales lead first?
